Intended operating work
The planned mandate is ownership and operating control of autonomous mobility fleets. That includes vehicle intake, duty-cycle design, dispatch discipline, charging windows, turnaround standards, and incident posture.
Operating discipline
Fleet work will be specified as an operating company would specify it: documented procedures, counterparty-grade records, and a safety posture that can be reviewed. Those systems are being designed. They are not presented here as already in force.
Relationship to infrastructure
A fleet without charging, staging, and turnaround sites is incomplete. Fleet operations and site infrastructure are planned together.
