A3Z Operations is being built to own and operate autonomous mobility fleets and to develop the infrastructure those fleets require.
Purpose
The company is being built as an owner-operator: vehicles and duty cycles on one side; charging, staging, and turnaround infrastructure on the other. Both are required. Neither is treated as optional.
Operating posture
Florida is the priority operating environment and the intended filing posture. That is a planning fact. It is not a claim of live markets, permits, or service.
Independence
A3Z Operations is independent of Tesla, Inc. and of every other vehicle manufacturer. This site does not claim a manufacturer relationship, program award, operator designation, or allocation. Manufacturer names, if used at all, are descriptive only.
Stage
The legal entity is unformed until the Owner confirms a Florida Sunbiz filing receipt. This site does not present A3Z Operations as a formed limited-liability company.
